Wire whipper: is shaped to whip egg whites/cream or other ingredients completely, it's to make perfect foamy mixtures. Just 3 minutes for max.
16egg whites.

Flat beater: is to mix all kinds of ingredients perfectly, such as salad, shakes, cocotails or other liquids etc.

Dough hook: can mix the flour 196 times while it's running 360 angle(1cycle), it can make the flour more flexible. Only 5 minutes
for max. 1.0KG flour to become dough.
