1. Housing Material of Stand Mixers
We have both ABS plastic housing and Aluminum die-casting housing of our stand mixers.
2.Mixing bowl capacity
Bowl Capacity: From 4L to 15L

3.Color
Any color with pantone no. is ok for us. We could make injection color, sprayed color, brushed effect, polish effect for different items.

We have different control mode for different items, such as mechanical speed switch, Encode switch, Intelligent switch; with optional fantastic LED indicator, with optional timer setting, with optional LCD display etc.
5. Motor

One Stop OEM solution process
1, Product Selection
Determine customer’s need by meeting, email or telephone. According to the customer’s need, we recommend some stand mixers for customers’ option.
2, Sample Preparing
After confirmed the quotation and selected items, we will start to prepare the sample for customer’s testing, if needed.
3, Sample improvement feedback
We set up a project team to provide solution for customer when receiving sample improvement feedback from customer after sample test.
4, Sample modification
Sample is modified point by point by us till it is approved by customer.
5, Testing before sample shipping out
When sample is ready, QA do application check, Assembly check, Hi-pot test, Input power consumption check, Strain relief check, Appearance checking, Noise test, Rotational speed test, Stability check, Leakage current test, Temperature rise test, Ground resistance test etc., to make sure the mixer is qualified before shipping out.
6, Transit vibration test
When sample is ready, QA do simulation test of carton box delivery during transit, to make sure stand mixer inside this carton box is intact.
7, Drop test
QA will drop test to make sure if package can protect stand mixer from damage.
8, Finalizing orders
Customer finalizes order after improved sample test is positive.
9, Order organization meeting
We have a meeting with all relative departments to discuss organize orders.
10, An examination
When materials are delivered to our factory, our IQC staff do strict inspection to every material. The inspections include:
1)Test of salt spray to all metal components; 2)Test of hardness to components; 3)Test of dish-washer safe to food contact parts; 4)Abnormal test to lock motor; 5)Test of motor running; 6)Test of PCB operation; 7)Life test of tilt-head; 8)Life test of different switch speed; 9)Torsion test to accessory; 10) Life test to accessory fitting; 11) Test to component size; 12) 3M tape check for silk screen; 13) Test of coating effect on housing;
11, Before mass production
We make pre-production sample or shipment sample which is approved by customer.
12, First QC in production
During inspection, QC staff inspects not only blender quality but also artwork like rating label, and warning label being affixed to stand mixer.
13, Quality improvement
Every defective stand mixer is improved.
14, Packing
After stand mixer examination passes, we start to pack it in gift box and master carton(if needed).
15, In production
In production.
16, Quality check in production
QC staff will do some quality check during the production, such as hi-pot test, input power consumption check etc.
17, Final QC
All stand mixers are 100% examined in Final QC.
18, Goods in warehouse
Goods is stored in warehouse in good order and waits for shipment after package.
19, Loading in container
Goods is loaded in container after shipment release.
